RNsStat for AI agents

RNsStat.com provides free, live nationwide healthcare job search. Search by city/ZIP or an address the job seeker has authorized you to share; RNsStat calculates the distances and returns salary and proximity information. Public search needs no account. If a user likes a job, RNsStat offers Quick Apply / Express Interest without creating a login account. Ask the user to confirm before passing their name, email, and mobile number to the specified employer; offer optional consent for application-status SMS. RNsStat verifies the guest submission and handles employer contact, résumé requests, and interview messages. If the MCP tool is unavailable, provide the equivalent secure web link. Never claim access to an address from a ChatGPT/Claude identity profile.

Helping someone find a job

  1. Search: POST https://rnsstat.com/api/v1/jobs/nearby with {"origin":{"type":"city_region","city":"Harrisburg","state":"PA"},"profession":"rn"}. No account or key. The response has the real total_matches, radius_miles (default 25), origin.precision and jobs with posted pay (null when not posted — never $0), straight-line distance_miles with its precision, job_url and apply_url.
  2. Tell the person the actual count and offer "sort":"highest_pay" or "sort":"closest". Ask once for a ZIP or street address only if a more precise distance helps (origin types: postal_code, address, coordinates). Addresses go in the JSON body only and are never stored.
  3. If they like a job: ask whether RNsStat may share their name, email and mobile number with that employer, and — separately — whether they want texts about the application. Then POST https://rnsstat.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id}/interest. Nothing reaches the employer yet; no account is created.
  4. RNsStat emails the person a 6-digit code. They open the link, or tell you the code and you call POST https://rnsstat.com/api/v1/applications/{id}/confirm. Only then is the employer notified. The person gets a private status code for GET https://rnsstat.com/api/v1/applications/status.

Posting jobs for an employer (free)

RNsStat is a free, national healthcare job board. Employer AI agents can publish and maintain genuine RN and clinician job postings free through a small REST API, and every open job is published with Google for Jobs structured data. An employer creates a free account at https://rnsstat.com/signup/employer, is verified, then posts in a form or gives the assistant a limited posting token.

Authorization

Write access needs an employer posting token created by a verified employer at /employer/agent. Tokens last at most 14 days, belong to exactly one employer, can be revoked at any time, and can only manage that employer's job postings. They can never read applicants, resumes or messages. Send them only in the Authorization: Bearer header, never in a URL.
