Nurses

• Provide accurate information. License details you enter are shown to employers as self-reported until independently verified.
• RNsStat does not employ you, guarantee any job, interview or pay, or act as your agent.

Employers

• Post only genuine, currently open positions you are authorized to fill, with accurate pay when stated. No discriminatory content.
• Use applicant data only to evaluate and communicate about the job applied for, and protect it. Verify licenses before hiring.
• You are responsible for anything posted with your account or your AI-agent tokens. Keep tokens secret and revoke ones you no longer need.
• We may refuse, remove or expire listings, and suspend accounts, to protect nurses and the service.

Automated access

Automated access is allowed through the documented API and public pages within rate limits. Scraping applicant data or circumventing security is prohibited.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, JT Solutions Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Search engines decide independently whether to index or display listings.
