What we collect
- Quick Apply (no account): the name, email address and mobile number you enter for one job, optional ZIP code, license details, note and résumé, the time and source of your request (for example the website or an AI assistant you used), and a record of exactly which consent wording you agreed to. We do not create an account or password for you. If you never confirm a request from the email we send, it is deleted after 7 days.
- Location searches: a street address you or an assistant give for a distance search is used only to calculate distances for that search; it is not stored, and employers never see it.
- Nurses with an optional profile: name, email, phone, optional ZIP code and street address, license details you report, preferences, resume (optional), applications and messages.
- Employers: organization details, user names and emails, job postings, and activity.
- Everyone: limited technical data (IP address stored only as a keyed hash, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To send your application to the employer you choose, and let you track it.
- To show jobs near you (ZIP code) — your exact location and street address are never shared with employers.
- To send messages you asked for: application updates, sign-in links, and — only if you opt in — job alerts and text messages.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Who receives it
Only the employer you apply to receives your application details (name, contact details, license details you entered, your note, and your resume if you chose to share it). We use service providers to run RNsStat (hosting, email, SMS, mapping, backups) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information. Applicant profiles are never published or indexed by search engines.
Your choices
- Edit your profile and notification choices anytime at /me/profile.
- Unsubscribe from job alerts with one click; reply STOP to any text.
- Download your data or request deletion at /me/privacy. Employers keep application details you already sent them under their own policies; we keep records we are legally required to keep, only as long as required.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; resumes, street addresses and service credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited and audited.
