Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift - York, PA

Select Specialty Hospital - Central Pa - York in York, PA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) through JT Solutions for a day shift position on a 13-week contract.

Role: The RN maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed.

Duties include:
- Performing a nursing assessment on each patient within 8 hours of admission and building an individualized plan of care
- Identifying patient and family teaching needs and preparing patient status for team conferences
- Documenting assessments, interventions and patient response accurately and on time
- Providing direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate
- Supervising and delegating to Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and orientees, and keeping the unit safe

Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
- Hours: 36 per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
- Pay: $62/hour, paid weekly
- Start date: ASAP
- Current Pennsylvania RN license required
